I was in a few days ago they ordered a cat scan but said it has to be pre approved and Ive yet to hear back and my knee replacement surgery was approved the next day and Ive had a mri , barium swallow tests etc and non of those had to be pre approved, so while I suffer in excruciating pain by all means take your time ! Im trying to avoid the er but this place is definitely not here to care about their patients!! And I never get to see my actual dr I always get passed off to a nurse practitioner who are useless in my option cant prescribe medicine or give you any answers
