If I could go below one star it would be my vote. Absolutely horrible from the first words uttered by the drive through attendant to the 27 minute wait for the food. Only one person was working in the back while the other individual had a lovely conversation on her phone. Then when told to help she carelessly throws her phone onto the food preparation area. I will never go back to this establishment.

We arrived at about 6 pm on a Tuesday. We were told that it would be about 10 minutes for any Krystal burgers. We ordered Chiks instead. When we arrived at the window we were told that it would be about 5 minutes for the Chiks to cook. When we got our food the bread was stale and brick hard (I literally knocked on the bread). The chicken was the size of a quarter, overcooked (dry) and had 2 pieces per sandwich. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience especially since it was prime dinner time.
