My elderly mother and father purchased a new set of tires. The tires were supposed to last for up to 80,000 miles. The tire started to make a noise and my mother took the car back to the tire center. The Manager Doug White was very nasty to her and refused to fix the tire even though it had only been driven for around 30,000 miles. She asked for the number to call and report his attitude to someone above him and he said, "that if she called and reported him to anyone above him that he would be notified and he would make sure that any repairs to the tire would cost her more money"! This is a threat to me! As a manager you are supposed to help solve problems not threaten customers! Now my parents will never purchase another set of tires from this company and we will tell everyone we know and post on FB about our dissatisfaction in this company and it's employees!
