Definitely WOULDNT recommend staying here. When I first moved into my apartment my door was a little broken & the property manager claim they was gone fix it & never did. My air went out the same week I moved & they claim they fixed it for my air to go out AGAIN! This time I needed a whole new unit , I went 4 months without air & I have asthma! Everytime I call concerning when my unit was going to be in it was always an excuse. Soon as my parents come the property manager tells them the unit is here they just have to fix it. Mind you I was still paying them rent when I shouldnt have them 4 months while my air was out. My lease was up at the end of April & I didnt want to stay there any longer cause the property manager just rude & money hungry ! I was told from the property manager that it would be a carpet cleaning fee & a admin fee which is $50 concerning my deposit. Very understandable with the carpet fee cause I dont know anyone that cleans carpets. I call Friday to check on my deposit & the assistants tells me Im only getting $15.50 when I put down $500 ! That doesnt make sense at all & the property manager excuse was I didnt clean my apartment which is a LIE! They dont care about anybody , they just money hungry & barely do they job !
