Great service on a short notice! We had company due in and everything was back up and not draining. They saved the day!

Not very reliable. They say they are open 24 hrs, but that's not really so. I had called on Saturday with an emergency and spoke with a guy and was told it would be Monday when someone could come out. I said we could manage until then. Then, called Monday to confirm they are still coming. The lady said they didn't have anything down, but said they more than likely are still coming since i was told so. I waited until later in the day and called back, and I spoke with another lady, and she told me that they said it would have to be Tuesday. At that point, I decided to take matters in my own hands and start working on it myself and went out to get the material to fix it. After completing the job, I called Gaddy Electric back to let them know they can cancel the service call and the lady I spoke to then said that she didn't see the account name in the system at all and nothing down stating someone was even coming Tuesday. To me, it didn't seem to be high enough priority to them or even cared to create a service ticket to follow up with.
