        Their customer service will make you cringe. On 01/27/2022 I called their compounding department to get more details on ingredients, BUD studies with antimicrobial effectiveness testing per USP 51 for their bases. Not only they were not able to respond, but they became defensive and had to remind me that if I do not order, they will not be able to provide me with any "compounding support". If you consider compounding support informing your customers on what you're actually selling and if you do not provide this information on your website, how do you expect to sell your products? I did not ask for a specific formula. It took Fagron just an email to give me all the details that I needed on their bases and I was expecting the same level of professionalism from Letco as well - it just was not the case.
