Went in to get a strap for my cpac! Brought it home and noticed next morning had little black spots on pillow(it was falling apart)! Took it back and they pointed at sign that said no refunds!! I believe it had actually been used then returned! They then had the audacity to try to sell me another one???? TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!

McAbee Medical is having manpower problems. They lost two delivery drivers and the service department is down to one technician. It is now an eight to twelve week delay for repair service. Not good for a company noted for great service. I have used them for over a year and this is the first hiccup I have ever had.

I am a CPAP user, working in this area on a long term contract. This week, I left my CPAP mask at home, and needed a replacement mask. I worked with Megan, who is affectionately known as "CPAP Girl." She was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent advice as well as basic customer service. I had an issue that first night where the fit on the mask wasn't quite right, so I came back in to the facility and Megan was able to quickly grasp the problem, identified root cause, and had a solution on hand to resolve my issue. Because of the Covid world in which we live, she had to use basic virus mitigation practices, like gloving and masking. Her attention to detail was superb, and the resolution available was fair, reasonable, and immediately available.
