I began seeing Dr Dr Browning when she was practicing under another office and was so pleased with her care. When she moved out on her own, I agreed to see another chiropractor who was "seeing her patients". This man was awful. Two hours after seeing him, I was in excruciating pain. I tracked down Dr Browning on Facebook and asked what I could do to get some relief. Her new office wasn't completed yet but she opened the back door and saw me at 8:30 that evening. I got immediate relief and have seen her for the past several years for help with recovery from knee surgery, frozen shoulder, scoliosis and plantar fasciitis. Her new office is immaculate, staff is very professional and she has turned the corner on dealing with some insurance issues from a few years back that are no longer a factor. She is one of the most compassionate people I've ever dealt with and goes the extra mile to ensure you are better when you leave.

I visited this office for several months paying the co-pay of $20, which was the only payment due. But every time I went into the office she asked for additional money. I contacted my insurance company, which told me the only thing that was due from me was my $20 copay and if she ask for more to contact the insurance company.I decided to no longer use dr. Browning, and after 30 days I received a past due bill of almost $1,000 with a nasty note in red stating the past due had to have been paid by the end of the month or I would be sent in to collections. After contacting my insurance company once again, they stated to not pay another dime because there's a possibility that she's doing insurance fraud

We were a family unsure about Chiropractic care! I have an 11 month old daughter that has had ear infections consistently for 6 months. She didn’t sleep thru the night waking up multiple times for no reason at all! We have had 7 visits now. And after our first visit she started sleeping thru the night. And we have not had an ear infection in over a month. Our ENT told us to continue Chiropractic care and we would come back in 2 months to recheck her ears. Fingers crossed tubes won’t be up for discussion again! We also have a 5 month old. He had a traumatic birth... extremely long labor- stuck in the birth canal ending with a emergency c-section! He was very stiff. Difficulty moving his neck. Flat spot on back of his head, chest rattle and awful cough! We had been to our pediatrician several times (they attempted testing and medicine for all of these things). I started asking around what else could we do. He wasn’t getting better with testing or medicine. And most of his testing came back normal! After 3 visits his head had started rounding out. His rattle had softened and the cough was almost gone! And after 5 visits the rattle had almost disappeared, cough is a normal cough and his head has drastically improved. (Still working on that but there has been much improvement). He now can turn his neck any way he would like with NO DISCOMFORT! Both of our babies LOVE going to see Dr. Browning. She listens our concerns but more importantly is AMAZING with our kids. They both don’t take well to strangers but our oldest loves to give her hugs and starts blowing kisses as soon as we walk in the door! And once thy both have been adjusted they have this sigh of relief. Every single issue we had starting out in only 3 weeks (7 visits) have either disappeared or improved drastically. Best decision as parents we have ever made for our children this far! Her office is clean. Staff is very friendly and always so eager to help! She is amazing, very caring and always great with us and our children!

I have seen two other chiroprators besides Dr. Browning and she by a long shot has been the best one I have seen. She is focused on getting your body back into shape so that you can heal properly and although she does have to charge for her services she does it because she cares about you not for the money. I was at my wits end after having other care after an accident almost a year prior to seeing her when a friend talked me into going and seeing her. Best decision ever. I feel so much better and getting better each day. I saw another review about over payment and I have to input that I was told from the beginning that the actual copay may vary and that any over payment would be given as credit. I recommend anyone to go and allow Dr. Browning, Chloe, and Jamie to help you reach your body's full potential. Trust me IT IS WORTH IT!
