6:30 pm. Very few people there....waited to be seated, dirty table, waited on waitress for over 5 mins. Ordered fondue and received stale chips. Wont go back.

Worst service ever!!!! We sat in a booth across from the bar, there were 2 other customers aside from us, the servers stood in the back near the bar talking about being drunk and being high "right now" and how they will have to "sober up" if the GM comes in. The reason for the 2 stars is because the food was very good. If the front of the house staff and there services matched the back of the house cooking abilities this might be a more popular place again. Will not eat there again. I will drive the extra few miles to eat at the Madison location.

Expensive.. Its ok. .i really love the chili's here in Decatur.. That grilled chicken is the best ive ever had.we have a great Chili's here in town. I only been to Ruby Tuesday once here. I like the one in Powell Tennessee better

Went in today for lunch. A lot of empty tables, but were told it would be about 5 minutes. First of all they seated people out of order, even with many empty tables. After we had finished our salads we asked for biscuits. Did not receive until meal was brought. I did not receive what I ordered. Asked for Peppercorn sirloin, got petite. The waitress offered to fix it, but it had already been way too long wait for our food.
I paid with a credit card, couple I was with paid with credit card. Friend paid cash. After 20 minutes she came back and said she would have to have her manager help her, as the credit cards were trying to "reverse charges" and she could not make change. Informed us the manager had stormed out the front door upset and she couldn't find him. He returned about that time and she, the manager and another person worked for another 20 minutes trying to fix problem. She finally came back with the change and the other couple's credit card but they had not fixed the problem with my card (had nothing to do with authorization, they had made a mistake). I asked for my card back as we had waited long enough.
Needless to say, I will not go back to this restaurant. They have serious problems
