I walked in today around lunchtime, to see if they could fix my ring, I was greeted right away when I walked in the door, the very sweet lady looked my ring over & fixed it right up for me, she even cleaned it. I've been a customer at Ingrid's for over 25 years! I trust the quality of everything there, & have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased from Ingrid's. I miss having lunch there & then browsing the cases of all the exquisite jewelry. But, I always know that everything I see is the best available in every way. I had to get a ring sized because my husband never remembers!! There was an inscription in the band and they tried to save it, but they couldn't. They let me know every step of the way about the situation. I could not have asked for better service.

Went in to get a ring cleaned that I bought for my wife several years ago. Service was very good. Bought her a pair of diamond earrings. Great deal because they were 78% off retail price. The owners are super nice people and I recommend anyone go here for all of your jewelry needs.
