        This is the first time that I have sold and then bought a home. I wasnt sure who to use for my lake and wasnt disappointed when I chose Jeff and Denise Cochran. Very professional, patient, encouraging and knew how to price and sell a home quickly. They have been right there every step of the way- taking time to answer questions or any calls I made. I have felt totally supported and have not been disappointed in any aspect of working with them. I highly recommend them and would use them again if the situation arose!

        Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! We rented a lake house for the weekend through Airbnb. On Saturday a realtor and an entire family showed up. They did a showing of the entire property during my two day stay. Unbelievable that the host Tiffany saw nothing wrong with allowing strangers to walk through the house, while paying guest have rented the place. No respect for our privacy! Awful experience! A very unpleasant and awkward situation to say the least. Terrible communication also!
