A frustrating experience at first. I called to ask for a time window to expect a technician to make sure someone was home to receive the technician. I was told by the customer service rep "We don't give out times" and when I asked what the solution would be (since they don't give out times to expect a technician) if a tech arrived and no one was home. I was answered with "oh, well we require someone to be home to let them into the house".... which is why I called to ask for a time frame. (Very frustrating first phone call). If we weren't renting and our property management group contracted out ALD, I would probably not have used their services after the first encounter. Poor customer service and problem solving. On the other hand, the technician Jeff who came to the property was very helpful, professional, and personable. Was quick and efficient in his work and helped us problem solve our hemorrhaging of water/power utility until the leak could be fixed.

I would use a business where their driver of the company van recklessly tailgates doing 80 in a 60 mph zone
