Me and the Husband used Sam when we bought our first home. The first time we met Sam, he came at 8 pm to show us a home we wanted to see, and always worked crazy hours with us since we work nights. Sam is seriously dedicated to his customers, and always answered calls,text, and my millions of questions. Buying a house isn’t easy, and it will test your patience, but Sam made us laugh when we wanted to pull our hair out, and always took the time to come up with solutions to problems we ran into! I could never say enough nice things. We were shopping for champagne on a beer budget, but in the end, we not only have an adorable house in the city, we also have a life long realtor and friend!
