Bought a 2018 Tahoe from this place and the transmission went out before I even made my first payment and they wouldnt help at all! They told me I should have bought a warranty on it! I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a gently used Suburban several months ago. After several days I noticed an odd idle, took it back to the dealership and was told nothing was wrong with it. I argued about it for months until I was given a loaner exactly the same as my vehicle. It idles exactly the same. I guess that means it was me, not the truck that had a problem. Paul, the general manager did all he could to make me happy until I realized its just the way a Chevy 5.3 V8 idles. Thank you Paul for your patience and customer service. I will return for my next vehicle.

Very very bad customer service. We found a vehicle we wanted for our upcoming family and went in to talk to a salesman. Billy Hulsey was the salesman. We sat down to put in an application and he basically told us we were broke and werent going to get anything. He never pulled our credit and would not even let us put in an application! He then proceeded to lecture us & talk down to us like we were children. We left there and went to Heath Attaway and got approved right away and drove an amazing car home that same day! It all worked out for usbut save yourself time and DO NOT go here. After talking with people around Cullman about our experience, we heard more bad things about Billy. Mitch Smith should really reevaluate their customer service standards.

We were on a trip from south Alabama to Decatur, AL and started having some alarming car trouble on the interstate near Cullman. We knew our clunker wasn't going to get us home, so we made an emergency stop at the nearest dealership, which happened to be Mitch Smith Chevrolet.
Tiffany was SO KIND and got us into a new-to-us Ford Fusion within a couple of hours, gave us drinks and snacks, comforted us, and made us feel like we were going to be okay. We even got a text later that night from her making sure we made it home safe.
The car is way better than we were hoping for; seeing as how we were desperate and stranded, we weren't expecting anything as nice as what we got. We left with a full tank of free gas, a much more reliable vehicle with a two-year warranty, and a restored faith in humanity. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
