        As a customer, service was very slow. I got there, pulled right in. Took over 30 minutes to just get my oil changed! Lots of work place tension. I could tell that just by sitting in my vehicle. Very unhappy. Been a customer of express for years.

        This place, along with the other two locations in Cullman are a scam, and they have some excellent snake oil salesmen that work at them. Don't bother making a compliant because you'll never hear from management. They don't care because that's how these places make money, by taking advantage of people. Make sure you're on top of your p's and q's before pulling into your friendly neighborhood Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers, and most importantly, hold onto your wallet.
