If your friend, family member, or S/O is in need of getting out PLEASE call them. The process was so difficult and stressful and for the first time in 4 days I felt so relieved simply just having a conversation with them. They make this person a priority and treat the situation as if it was their family member who needed help. The process was explained in a way that I understood as I have never had to deal with this. If it wasnt for them I truly dont know what I would have done. Ron is who helped me but Im sure any of the staff members would be happy to help. I am so grateful
