DO NOT RENT FROM HERE its poorly managed laundry facilities out of order for months maintenance department doesn't fix anything in a timely manner they have no interest in tenant's needs just care about filling vacant apartments

LOVED SEEING THE NEW RENOVATION AND HAD TO HAVE IT !!!! You guys got to see the new place ! We were not let down at all ! Monica always stayed in touch about my unit ! Was VERY NICE ! Monica was great with showing us everything and even with showing us what to do during or if an emergency ! Great place ! I’m loving it here :)))))

Management is terrible, not clean. Always nasty by the dumpster. Furniture everywhere, trash on the ground..no one is ever in the office. I wouldn't recommend these!

I lived there for 9 yrs its a great place to live try to get a 2 bed room I moved out 1month and 3wks ago. Maitnence is great. Family place. Very clean place. I went to.live with my mom to take care of her She had a stroke she's doing better her husband put her assistive living he sold house another words I was pit out. If I new that I would never moved out. Now on list for a,2 bedroom. I've paid my rent on time for 9 yrs . It's quite there that's my home. I've got all the money to move in right now. Thanks Nicole for helping me.ppl don't bother you everybody has always been very nice. It's a very good place to live. Can't wait to get back THERE . It's got to be soon cause we want have no were to go. I trust them to get me back in a home cause that place is my home I miss so much. I'll never give my home there up for nobody again. Nicole is a very sweet and kind manager. She knows I don't bother nobody and I'm clean and I pay my rent on time.ty Nicole for getting me no in Ridge view apts. Your so kind. I'm praying soon to be there before holidays. I've got to have a surgery on my bk. I'm disabled cause of my bk. I'll take a one bed room. I wish I could have it bk.
