I live in Lynn Haven, Fl and this company responded due to Hurricane Michael and they came down my street and helped cut trees from lines and trees that were high. Brought a huge smile to my face and they were amazing and so nice!!! Thank you a million times!!!!

This is Monday am and i have to revise my rating. This company has gone above and beyond in the response to my early issues. I have spoken to 3 separate managers and 2 have come to evaluate. They have agreed to repair the holes, and clean up My tree. Even offered if I had a few things that needed cut back while they were here to let the crew know and they won't leave until I'm satisfied. Thank you. I've updated My rating. My post previous post. Im extremely unhappy with this company. They are contracted to clear limbs from power lines here in Foley. The supervisor came by the week before they were scheduled to inform me they would be "trimming". I have a large, 24ft diameter at the base, live oak that the original owner to this property planted as a very young child. She granted the easement with the written clause that her beloved tree only be trimmed to the absolute minimum. I told the supervisor this and he assured me they would only remove the bare minimum. Last Thursday the slaughter house crew showed up and proceeded to "trim" my trees back. After they left, limbs were cleaned up trees were tolerable and I even stated wow that's the best that ole tree has looked. No more thought put into it, I thought they were done and had moved on. WRONG. They started at 7am and I didn't see them out there until I came out to sweep my porch and by that time they were already right in the middle of my big ole live oak and it was being completely topped. I'm now waiting on management personnel to come down to talk to me about this situation. I would not trust this company to cut my annuals, let alone my trees. My opinion only.
