I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer it was a good price but I found out why real fast it has the seats that flip & @ first look it was so "clean" we didn't even think to look under the 3rd row seats & when i did HANDFULLS OF THICK DOG HAIR & the 3rd row seat belt was chewed up went back 3 or 4 times they Promised it would be spick & span I have picture proof it looked almost the same when I got it back.... I spent all day cleaning & I still find hair sometimes .... & its definitely not from me (they tried to imply it wasn't like this when I bought it i only had it 2 or 3 days when i took it back) if someone wants a dog in there vehicle ok but me personally a dog doesn't get in my vehicle. And not even an offer to trade for something else or let us turn it in & go somewhere else. I had friends interested in 1 of there vehicles & I told them I wouldn't recommend that lot to an enemy.

Very displeased with this place! Sold me a POS with with a bad transmission! TRUST ME!!!! You want to shop elsewhere!!! Their sales managers kolby and Mike are very unprofessional as well!!!

Bought a 2019 Fusion Hybrid on Friday October 23 and I love it Anthony Palmer was great getting me pre-approved and a awesome deal that fit my budget. I'll definitely be returning to Chatom Ford when I'm ready to make my next vehicle purchase
