I used to hate this place when they only had one sauce, which was really just red-colored vinegar, but after they added various sauces a few years back, I actually found the place to be acceptable. The food at the Calera location is decent, I can't really complain, but I must say that the wait time for food is ridiculous. If you expect to go there for lunch on a weekday and get in and out in under an hour, you will likely be disappointed. With the restaurant less than half-full, my party of 3 waited over half an hour for two bowls of chili (already prepared) and a catfish dinner with green beans and okra. I could look around and see that everyone had to wait longer than expected to get their food, and since I spent 90 minutes there for lunch, I will never go there for lunch again. It's usually dead in the evenings, and the food comes out of the kitchen much quicker then, so that's the only time I will consider going from now on. (And nobody apologized for the long wait times, either.)
