        John was an amazing guy. Albeit, there was nothing wrong with my washer in the end, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

        Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Could not fix our refrigerator and when promised a partial refund of half the amount he did not deliver. Instead tried to make it seem as if it was my fault and offered me a quarter of the refund, while stating he was getting his lawyer to draw up paperwork regarding the now $50 refund. Seriously? A lawyer? Will be discussing this with our own attorney since it seems he wants to go there. So if your like someone who doesnt deliver on what is promised, cant fix your appliance, makes up a billion and one excuses, shares way too many personal details, blames you and then takes your money with no remorse. This is definitely the guy for you. Im more than sure these other reviews were left by family and friends. Spend your money elsewhere.
