H20 Waterproofing encapsulated my crawlspace after many years of neglect. Their cleanup and work was better than expected. They communicate every step of the way and send pictures as they work. You will not find a better waterproofing company!

Ive been dealing with this company since March and still have water coming in my basement. They installed their standard membrane with drainage system and sump pump and quickly repaired the cosmetic damage. However, the water was coming through an egress window that bypassed the installed preventative measures. Their solution was to install a tiny drain from the well to the sump pump. Of course this drain quickly clogged and I still have water filling up the well and coming in the basement. I contacted this company for additional solutions but have not heard back. I would not recommend this company for any complicated issues.

Larry came out, inspected my problem and gave me a couple of options on correcting my issue. He was professional, and easy to deal with. I can't say enough about Imari. His attitude and work ethic made, what should have been a major inconvenience, a very pleasant experience overall. Larry still has a few things to finish up, but I would be comfortable recommending this group to anyone having water issues in your basement.

For months I have been watching my hardwood floors beauty fade. The representative came out at my request because There was a slight dip in two of the bedrooms on the back side of the house. I knew the moisture barrier needed replacement because of the age of the house. I think Mike tried to sale me every product they had. After h20 installed a stretcher beams that was suppose to eliminate the dip in the two rooms, a sump pump, dehumidifier, and encapsulated my crawl space, I noticed the dehumidifier never shut off. I called H20 about this and they sent someone to make adjustments but it did little to help the continuous running. I was told that once the temperature cooled down it would stop. Temperature cooled down then I am told, it has a fan cycle and that is what I am hearing. I also noticed that the dip in the floor was getting worse. Notified H20 they sent a young man with no experience to adjust the stretcher beams, those being his own words. After which I started hearing my ceiling joist cracking as well, I can see the imprint of the wall studs now. I sent another email, I am now at email 3 or 4 with issues, received a call from Mike the salesman who said he would let me know when someone can come. I never received any more contact from H20, though I believe they came to my house when I wasnt here and adjusted those beams again after I sent an email stating I was going to have a structural engineer come inspect for me, because when I walk in one of the rooms, I hear a rattling sound where I think the beam is installed. I am a disabled female and unable to go under my house to inspect or turn off the dehumidifier that I do not think was absolutely necessary and is one the things causing so much damage to my floors . I will return with further review after I get a report from the engineer and share the rest of my nightmare. At this point the only positive thing I can say was the young ladies in the office was very pleasant.
