        If I could give 0 stars I would!! This is quite literally the most inept, incapable, incompetent company I have ever had anything shipped from. In the future whatever company I would like to order from, if they use FedEx to ship I will most definitely NOT be purchasing from them!!!

        These are the most incompetent people Ive ever encountered. I cant believe that FedEx would even allow this branch to exist if it operates at such minimal capacity. Every FedEx along the way did its job until the Birmingham FedEx got my package and it sat there for three weeks and I literally had to go pick it up myself

        That I'm aware of no driver gets paid to load their truck. They are in the terminal 15 -25 hrs per week; if not more, and the do not receive one cent from their contractor Nor FedEx. Do they not know this is against Federal Law and is punishable by fines and imprisonment?
