        This company is not what they say they are--I was led to believe that I would get great service from them instead I have gotten nothing but bull. First of all I almost never got the chair, by this I should have known to cancel it with them--Now only a couple of months after getting the chair bolts are falling out of it and I am told to bring it to them 60+ miles away for them to fix it. Let me advise anyone looking for a motorized wheel chair DO NOT get it from this company--I asked if they could tell me the type screw and size so that I might get someone to pick me one up at a hardware--but they did not know even though I told them where the screw came from--and they put it together--I will NEVER do business with them again. As for a rating if they would put up a negative -10 stars I might give them that.
