      image I was very pleased with the customer service. Alicia contacted me after i was finished using the storage, to assure me my account was closed, and was very kind. Only issue i had with them was when i signed my agreement, it was for $18.00 a month, and the last month i was billed $47.00. Not sure what that was all about.
