This is the worst rug company I have ever worked with. Their communication is horrible - they take months to respond to emails; it's impossible to reach them via phone because their number goes straight to voicemail with no option to leave a voicemail.
I ordered a rug for a client and when we went to install it, we realized it was the wrong color. February of 2021, I was told we would receive a new rug in 120 days. In December of 2021, we still hadn't received the rug so we requested a refund which was approved by Christin. It is March of 2022 and I still haven't received the check. I have emailed Christin seven times and still haven't heard back.

We absolutely love Kings House Rugs! Working with Christin and Sara to find the perfect rugs for our clients has been a dream, the website is fantastic and the quality of the rugs is just beyond. Our clients are ecstatic and the whole process was ridiculously easy, we will definitely be using Kings House again for future projects!

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received at King's House Rugs. I found a potential rug on their website and called to talk about it with Kelly. She was most helpful and especially guided me on how the process works. She asked for pictures of my room and even sent them to the owner for her thoughts. Kelly went out of town and Sara followed up with me on receiving the rug and so forth. The personal attention is outstanding and the rug is beautiful! thank you, Kelly, sara and Cristen.

Kings House is my go-to resource for rugs in Birmingham and the first place I look when I need a show stopping piece to finish off or inspire a room. Visiting their showroom is always a treat with such a broad range of new and antique styles. With their sharp eye for color and scale, their suggestions are always spot on for each space. But just as noteworthy as their stunning collection is their top notch customer service. Sara is so lovely to work with and makes the process a breeze. Courtney and the guys are always so helpful and friendly and wow me with their sharp eye and knowledge of the product as well. An easy shipping policy makes it easy to use for projects outside of the Birmingham area as well.

The Kings House is by far my place of choice to buy a rug. I have purchased many rugs over the years from different dealers but the quality and service is by far the best here. They have recently moved out of the Pepper Place location into a warehouse. At first it was a little disturbing but once I understood that they were of better service bringing the rugs to me and my clients, to place the rugs were to be installed, it made things much easier on me and my clients. The friendly staff loaded up a truck load of rugs and traveled to Tuscaloosa to meet with me and my clients in their home and spent the afternoon going through rugs until we found several for their new home. We got sizing correct and custom ordered a few and purchased a few that were a fit. I have to say this was a huge time saving way for me and my clients from the old running back and forth trying a rug or two at a time. Time has brought many changes but this one truly IS for the better. And I still can run down to the warehouse and put a memo on rug if I have the need!
