I highly recommend another daycare. I’ve many bad experiences but because they’re right across the street from my job therefore it was convenient & I could just go over at any time which was pointless because when they see you pull up it gives them time to warn the teachers. I personally heard a teacher speak really ugly to a kid and I heard a chair slam. I didn’t see it but I heard it. Rene’, the director sugar coated it very well the next morning after speaking with the teacher but the story didn’t make sense. She claimed a kid slammed another kid into some chairs or something that fell which made no sense because no one was crying. A few days after they “accidentally” sent my baby coat home with some other kid. Claiming they though it was theirs. It was 37 degrees that day by the way and all they could say was “I’m sorry”. Which further let’s me know they don’t pay attention to the kids because they see my kid wear that jacket every day because it’s been cold long enough for them to send it home with someone else. Another parent walked in on Rene and Kim talking about me being mad that THEY sent my kids coat home with someone else and came and told me. She heard them call my child by name which caught her attention. My co workers who kids attended there pulled their kids because of their experiences. Rene talk crazy to the kids crazy and loud. The teachers aren’t consistent, they have new ones like every month. They’re nice while your in there but trust me the atmosphere changes when you leave. I walked in on my kid crying and when I asked the teacher what was wrong? She said she didn’t know. I asked how she doesn’t know and my child is in her class? Every time I complained Rene or Ms. Margaret had some type of excuse, never accepted liability. I don’t trust them I moved my child immediately. Rene, the director is always sitting in the same chair in the same spot when I drop off my kid and pick her up. She never doing anything. Some days she speak and some days she doesn’t. She come off rude some days. Kim, the infant teacher is nosey!!!!! She’s always peeking out when I’m complaining about something they’ve done wrong instead of tending to her class. We wanted our kid to drink out of her own cup. They pretty much said don’t bring it. They decided to take my child pacifier away from her when we told them “no, and if she wants it give it to her” and teacher herself told me they wouldn’t give it to her. They dont get to decide when to take my child pacifier but obviously they felt other wise. I do not recommend this place.

We love the teachers/staff at Kindercare! Our son has been going here for a few years now and they are so kind and caring. We always feel at ease with him in such good hands. I highly recommend this daycare!

From transiting over from being home 14months to daycare KinderCare has really been supportive. The infant teacher Mrs. Elaine is one of a kind. I love that the directors are hands on as well.

We love our teachers, especially Ms. Elaine! They are all so caring and sweet to all the babies in our class(infant). My husband once forgot a car seat to pick up our son and one of the teachers let us use her spare. When I drop off my son everyday I feel completely at ease knowing that he is in the care of these fantastic ladies. We could seriously not ask for a better group.

I have since spoken to KinderCare leadership about the issues we experienced, but I know when I was looking for a daycare, I scoured google reviews to hear from parents, so I wanted to share some details here as well. KinderCare Meadowbrook came highly recommended by a close friend, was super conveniently located to my job and affordable. We were there from January 2019 - July 2019 (7 months - 1 year old) and honestly I wish we wouldn't have made our daughter suffer that long. We had issues with them feeding my daughter food/milk she couldn't have (she has allergies) to her falling out of a chair at 9 months old (not sure why a 9 month old was sitting in a chair without being buckled in) to her clothes and bottles going home with other children. The clearly didn't pay very much attention to the children or really what was going on. When Rene gave me my child's "evaluation" that they have to complete, she put that she was excelling at walking, when in reality my child wasn't even crawling. It just proved that they were just filling out the forms with no regard to accuracy. The final straw came when I was told my daughter was fed yogurt (she has a severe dairy allergy which was documented with a doctors note). When I confronted Margaret and Rene about it, they told me that my doctors note "wasn't specific enough". Mind you the note from the doctor said that she "Couldn't have dairy in any form". We started looking for other options immediately. I saw some responses from KinderCare Customer Support that Rene is no longer at that location, but I know she wasn't the only person that wasn't doing right by the kids, so I hope that corporate has done more to rectify the situation. While we were on the wait-list for a different daycare, I ran into a former employee who had recently quit and she shared that she had to leave because she "couldn't stomach the way the kids were treated and all the shady and illegal things Rene was doing" She said wanted to tell me while she was there but was threatened with her job if she did and that I should get her out of there as soon as possible. I picked my daughter up that day and figured out alternative care for her until we had a spot at our new daycare. I hope KinderCare corporate takes a good hard look at what was going on at that location. I know it wouldn't have been highly recommenced to me if it wasn't good at one point, but clearly in the past few years things have gone downhill fast.
