Three of my children go to the location in the Roebuck/Centerpoint area. I must say that the Owner all the way down to the teachers are amazing. My children are learning new things daily and they keep you updated on all things. I am grateful to them for being apart of the village that it takes to raise/nurture children.

This childcare center is so amazing to me and my family, I was not able to pick my son up several times. The owner Ms. Tracy was kind enough to bring my kid home because of the car trouble I was having, and you just do not find good people like that anymore!

If I could this place zero stars I would. Tracy is very unprofessional under so many accounts. I just received my card from childcare central last week. This week Monday she told me to bring the card this week. Tuesday my kids didn't go to daycare. Wednesday when I went to pick them up me and my kids father were there. I asked for Tracy so I could swipe my card, the workers told me she wasn't there. Today while I was in class I get a text with these exact words "Gm you told me you received your card your kids has had service since 5/23/22 no payment l spoke with concerning this issue that you haven't taken care of l ask for your cooperation l like for my clients to be happy with the service we give here @ Tracy's Treasure after today you can withdraw your kids thanks for your interest" which I replied "I came yesterday with my card you wasn't there... I just got my card last week everytime I pick up my kids you aren't there & they didn't come Tuesday" she didn't reply she opened my message and didn't say a word. Even on Monday when we spoke about the card she never mentioned that I'd have to withdraw my kids if I didn't have it before today which is Thursday. Which Is very inconsiderate on my behalf and such short notice. Today when I picked my kids up she says that I'm not satisfied with them being in their care which I never implied. Only thing I do is ask questions regarding my kids. I only asked two questions while they were in their care 1) "why do my daughter have on the same diaper I put her on this morning when I send her there with pull-ups?" And her diaper was soaked by the way, she implied that my daughter haven't used the bathroom those whole 6 hours she was there and we all know as parents that was a lie. So I let that slide. 2) Today this morning I asked one of the workers did they eat yesterday because I have saw in a couple reviews that said they don't feed the kids but I over looked it ,but my kids are somewhat verbal and yesterday when I went to pick up my daughters who are 2 and 4, I grabbed them a pizza and my 4 year old was literally crying tears to eat and they both alone ate the whole box of pizza , the only reason I asked did they eat. I send them to daycare with juices and snacks and they come back untouched. The day care supposed to feed them breakfast and lunch with snacks in between so it shouldn't have been a reason for both of my kids to be starving like how they were yesterday. Then i see they don't even put the kids in their select classroom they keep them all together in the back with no teaching whatsoever. It's not a daycare more like a babysitting job. Beware of your kids going here I over looked the reviews because every case if different but people don't lie and people don't tell the same lie. She's nasty and rude, don't have any type of people skills but is working with other peoples children. I would not recommend this day care even if it was the only one on this earth , it honestly needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! I tried to give this lady and the day care the benefit of the doubt but it obviously didn't work out.
