Only thought I would be coming here for one visit and ended up having several appts thanks to diagnosing my broken wrist. Very busy office but they try to get you in and out. I love the fact that they have so much to offer on site. X-rays, MRIs and physical therapy all in one location.

I have had HORRIBLE back pain for the past three weeks and called and scheduled an appointment with my current pain specialist who is wonderful. I arrived at the clinic today and he was not there for the appointment. The front desk person let myself and a few other patients in line that someone else would be taking care of us. One patient asked if there was an emergency? Was he ok? Front desk: yes hes just not here for some reason. NO CALL NOTHING. I left my clinic to go to that clinic to see my doctor and they should have called. Contemplating switching practices as when you develop that history and relationship with a spine MD that is who you want to see. I understand things happen and things come up but the practice manager should have better compassion. I am sure they want to collect the revenue of those that will show up, but that is not right when it is your MD. I also now cannot get in within two weeks, so will be looking for someone else although I have seen him for more than 10 years, and have sent a ton of patients to him as well.

Savage is good waterson is good. Staff is awful. Mean girl mentality. Waiting listening to nurses bad talk patients by their full name. I know the full name of 3 patients and what they needed. Privacy????

I recommend Dr. Lauren Savage for any neck fusion needing done. I was in severe pain for 3 years and went to other orthopedics that wouldnt do anything to help or even take me serious. Finally my doctor recommended Dr. Savage to take a look at my neck and within two weeks he had me set up for surgery and now Im feeling so much better. I can tell a huge difference. Still a little sore because I had to go back to work. But all in all I had the best Orthopedic Surgeon Ever. Even his team is super nice. Great experience this being my first surgery ever. Your in good hands when your in theirs.
