Love Dr. Sapp, even though he stuck a needle in my eye! It was for my own good, to stop bleeding behind my eye, so I would hopefully not loose my eyesight. Very kind and compassionate. Staff is amazing as well.

Have a retina detachment in left eye, seen Dr Sapp initially. having reservations about surgery, I weighed my options. He called 3 times to check on my vision, and actually lined up the other doctors to inspect my eye. Met with 3 other Doctors on a monday morning, which was the last contact with them. Having a issue that must be worked around . my timing has to be good for the surgery. The visit was 2 weeks ago and no response back yet. Was told a day or so. I would hesitate to use them, having several different locations they serve, they may be to busy to handle new patients.

I have had two surgeries with Dr Oltmanns.I had a detached retina repaired and I can say Retina Specialist is the most caring and thorough medical team I have been treated by. I had an allergic reaction to my meds and had to call the after hours line. My call was returned in fifteen minutes and a new medicine was prescribed. The second surgery was less critical but the level of care was still outstanding. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else....
