        Went into store to buy a printer. Customer service was nonexistent. Was there about 30 minutes and never saw a clerk. On my own I found an acceptable printer, but I would like to have someone answer questions. While I think the printer will be okay, I was very disappointed in the lack of service. This is not what I expected based on my experience at other locations.

        I came in yesterday about 5:20pm & they white older Guy was so rude about getting my flyers printed for my business he said he was the Boss. He seemed to be in his 40s to 50s & I explained to him the younger guy the previously did the same ones for me had no problem. He was just so rude & seemed racist explaining he couldnt do it so I left & I patiently waited on him supposedly doing it for over 45 minutes .
