This was absolutely the smoothest process ever!! Everything was perfect from start to finish! Royce Sharp and Candiss Gaines made sure all of my paperwork was processed in a timely fashion, updated me as needed and provided reassurance that our deal would be closed on time. And it was. They deserve 10 stars in my book I would definitely recommend Northpointe Bank, Mr. Sharp and his team!

I did not have a good experience with Northpointe Bank as it related to obtaining a mortgage. I applied with them over the summer of 2022 to go ahead and be approved. I eventually made an offer on a home in December and when it came time for me to get the mortgage, all of these random requests started coming from the FHA underwriter who ended up being a total b***h. I wanted to cancel the entire transaction and go with another bank but I was too deep in. Also, the day of closing, we were delayed because they didn't have all of the final numbers in. I ended up having to pay more money out of pocket at closing that I had not prepared to pay. They bought my I interest rate down and did not mention it to me at all. My loan officer was C. McGee and I wouldn't recommend him or the bank as of right now. Someone asked me today about recommending a bank and Northpointe wasn't it.
