I took my son's PS5 in and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the door. They had our game system fixed in no time and the communication during the process was stress free and very reliable. This place is awesome and I'd definitely recommend!

Really would give them 1 star but don't want to be too harsh on their overall rating. This place told me twice they'd fix my TV after I told them the screen was cracked through asurion home+ and told me to" bring it" and I did... After getting there, I was told I had to wait 30 days. But being it back then. So wasted half my day hauling and loading, unloading 70 inch TV, but when I got home after I paid them 24.99 to start the coverage I spoke with a rep with asurion home + rep who said they do not fix screens on TV's that have been cracked so I was lied to TWICE. READ THE FINE PRINT.. But they deserve 1 star from me for this.

Dont waste your time with this place!!! I took my Galaxy S21 plus in to fix a charging problem a month ago. They ordered the wrong part, then the forgot to reorder the part, then they said that they could get the part for a S21 plus but not for my S21. I reminded them that it is a S21 plus. Then they said that they could not get the part for either one. Also, they never called me when they got the part in. I had to call them.
