As a result of real estate experience spanning many years, multiple cities, and multiple markets, Terry Marlowe has developed expertise that addresses every last detail of the home-buying experience. Luckily I found her through a referral from a friend when I chose to sell my home on Smith Lake and relocate to the Hoover area. She was able to close a contract quickly on the home I chose, and she took every effort to insure the closing went quickly with "no stone left unturned." Terry Marlowe is not just our realtor, she has become a very close friend. When we listed our house, she gave us excellent advice on how to prepare it for showings, and the photos that she made and posted ultimately helped us with the sale. We are now in the process of selling again, and the first realtor we asked for was Terry. She is a professional in every way that she conducts business.
