Kristin was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend! My wife and I both work full time and long hours. We just could not get to everything. Kristin took care of it all, she would be responsive through all hours of the night when we could text/call her, and take care of every minute detail to make sure our showing was perfect. Kristin was the most amazingly helpful person, not just realtor, during our whole transactional period. She was there ready to offer any guidance, thoughts, perspectives and suggestions. She took the lead in contacting and supervising the needed service providers after both inspections. Kristin also help us pack, touch up paint on the house and went completely overboard with making sure the lawn and shrubbery were magnificent looking prior to pictures. Kristin is such an incredibly hard worker, kind person and very knowledgeable of all things real estate. We couldnt have asked for a better agent.
