AT&T - Internet Service Provider

Internet constantly going down, which means you cannot watch ATT TV either. Doubled+ cost after 1st promotional year. When I go into the app and test it, it will always say that it's fine, but no it's not fine. Canceled it after a hour of arguing with Rep wanting to charge termination fee. Gets one star because zero stars isn't an option.

I had a problem with my phone not working. I called it in to AT&T support. The female rep on the phone told me she would send a technician out the next day to repair it. She also assured me after I asked her about it that I would NOT be charged for it. About 2-3 weeks later when I received the bill to my shock there was a $99 dispatch fee! She lied to me. Going to switch internet/phone provider now. Will not stand for a company that lies to me and rips me off.

Internet constantly going down. Can't open emails. This is hurting our business. Have reported the same issues over and over again.

I have the most expensive internet package but poor connection. Also, the techs drilled a hole in in my bedroom wall, without asking, and then needed to moved the router to another room. Didn't even clean up the dry wall shavings after ruining my wall.
