Honestly the office deserves 0 stars. From the very first interaction with them it’s been a headache. I’ve constantly had to call this office because things on my account where never right. The office does not communicate well and the least helpful office. I originally had Nationwide years ago before buying my home. When it came to home owners I went with Alfa because they were the most affordable and the clause was to move your auto within a year. I waited until the end to move my auto since I loved nationwide so much. The previous office I had is no longer local to me. After selling my home I wanted to go back to Nationwide auto. WORST MISTAKE EVER WITH THE OFFICE. Good riddance to this office and these people.
