I would like to clarify and say that my hair isn't ugly. The braids are pretty. It's just not exactly what I wanted. I called and sent a picture in advance. I had no problem reminding her the service I called about, however, what I assumed would take 5-6 hours, at the most 7, took 11. I was the first one there and if I'm not mistaken, two people were finished before me. I told the one I spoke over the phone with how long I wanted my hair, but I don't believe it was properly conveyed to the braiders. It could have been a miscalculation since I'm short, but they're a bit too long for me. (I just wanted them to my waist) I unfortunately do not have the time to come back, especially since I lost a day to this appointment. Again, the braids aren't ugly, however they're not exactly the style that I wanted. I probably should've went with a different reference photo, but to loose a day to this and not get what I wanted is extremely disappointing. And if there's a possibility you'll need to get more hair, I'd rather know ahead of time so I can have the money and not the day of. Especially since it was another reason that I called ahead of time. I have no problem providing the money, it would be nice to know the possibility ahead of time.
