Absolutely awful. The staff at the front desk are so rude and disrespectful. You can just tell they hate their job. I left before they could even check me.

We are blessed to have an ER this close to home instead of having to drive downtown. The facility is nice, relatively new, and clean. The staff seems knowledgeable and they have helped my family thru a couple illnesses that I am glad I was close to home when discharged. I dont like how the nurses station is so open to the patient rooms. When you are sick you dont want to hear how someones weekend has been.

Went here after being bit by a dog. I had a inch long and half a inch deep cut in my hand but was concerned about if I needed stitches and what to do about some trendals of fat that dangled from my hand. After being admitted they informed me that all I would need to do is wash it with a antibiotic soap, cover, and compress it. When I inquired about what to do about some of the insides of my hand that was dangling out they told me they would send in a nurse to deal with it. Everything had gone well up until this point and the service was good, however things took a turn when the nurse came in. The nurse took a look at my hand, reiterated some of the previous advice I had been given then GRABBED THE DANGLING INSIDES OF MY HAND AND RIPPED THEM OUT. It did not feel good. Aside from that one experience the service was good although I definitely think the horror of that one experience weighs negatively on their overall rating.

On Dec. 12/2021 I had the worst experience at this ER after I had a fall at work which I was than rushed to this hospital by the ambulance.After my x-ray the nurse team came to my room and told me that I need to get up and leave the hospital because my results from the x-ray didnt show any broken bones or blood . I couldnt walk ,stand, or sit because the pain I had were excruciating .The nurse and their team at the hospital knew my situation and I also explained no one was at my home to help me and I asked to stay overnight because I needed help, but they told me to not joke,get up and leave the hospital.I was given my clothes which was placed in a plastic bag and was told I need to leave .My friend and his wife had to pick me up from the hospital they helped me to the car and helped me to get in the car because I couldnt stand ,walk ,or lift my leg.They brought me to my house,and when they left I had thrown up,my blood pressure went high and I had a nose bleed and vomited.At the hospital they gave me morphine for my pain and that was it . I couldnt walk, stand,or move the whole night until the next day because I needed to cal someone to help me get around my house.Since than I am hurt emotionally with the discrimination they provided me, I am still in pain,I cant sleep and I have bad depression because of what I had to go through at this hospital.I dont recommend anyone to go to This Hospital.
