Extremely disappointed with their service and conducts. They agreed over the phone on a deal and I told them please make sure you are going to do that because I will have to drive a long to reach your dealership. If you can't really do it tell me upfront and I will not even come. When I reached the store they were literally saying that I didn't even speak to them...Be careful and make sure with evidence about any deal..

Great experience with the team at Serra Honda. We decided to purchase from Serra after visiting several other dealerships. Great NO pressure service. We visited the dealer on Saturday and wanted to think about it over the weekend. Called on Monday afternoon to let them know we wanted it. They had it ready and waiting when we arrived on Tuesday at 12:10 pm. We were leaving the dealership at 1:15 pm with all paperwork complete and our new Honda cleaned up, ready to go, and with the additional accessories already installed!! You could not have asked for a better experience. Bill, Zo and Jajuanna were great!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, not a bunch of running back and forth with a manager to see what kind of deal they could get for me. Very straight forward and great price!! I will be back to Serra if I need another vehicle in the future.

We were in the market for a new car for my wife and she found one that she was interested in on Serra Honda's website. We arrived at the dealership and we were promptly met by our salesman Graham. We told him exactly what we were looking for and sat down to discuss price. It took about 10 minutes for us to meet on a price and there was NO pressure involved. Jacob the sales manager even came out to deal with us. Car buying should not be this easy but Serra Honda makes it extremely easy and pressure free. Thanks for the great experience Graham, you guys earned a customer for life.

This place is amazing! I spoke to Fred Moore and explained that my credit was less than great. He went above and beyond to find the best loan for me. He handled everything. I felt literally none of the stress that you expect when you buy a car. And now I have a gorgeous car and I am so grateful for the experience.
