Dear Seniors

3 times they failed to show. Twice in a row. No one bothered calling us or letting us know. They are worthless and pathetic. Use anyone but this company. No one bothered answering the phone at the 401-6999 # either. Use a different t company. This place deserves to be out of business. You don’t “ASSURE” ppl that you will definitely be there. And not show up. After the second time. I spoke with mgr. and was assured that someone would be there. They didn’t show. I had to leave work. To take care of my bedridden mother. This place is horrible.

My mother recently passed away and Dear Seniors was the home health care and sitter service we used. Ellen was fantastic and caring. The lady we had for day sitting Maudette Adams was absolutely wonderful. She was a loving and kind woman. Near the end we had round the clock help and the night sitters Norma and Geraldine were wonderful too. Even after my mother passed they kept in contact with me and my sister and offered us condolences. If your are thinking about using Dear Seniors for a sitting service for a loved one I highly recommend it. I would have given it 6 stars if I could have!! Patricia Parker
