Health Choice of Alabama was an excellent company .The workers are nice and willing to help you to get the right health insurance that you need. Highly recommended

This is not an effective ppo network. If you live in many areas of Alabama, there is almost no in-network providers. If you choose health choice of Alabama, you are putting your employees health and economic well being at risk.
