Just got the worst customer service from a gun store ever. First I called to get a quote on some over under shotguns and first guy talked to said come in Mon-fri to order, told him I just needed quote and reluctantly got another employee to try to get me a price over the phone. When he answered the phone I told him I needed quote for some over under shotguns and I had factory item numbers and descriptions in hand ready to give and the first words out of his mouth was I would have to print what I wanted out and personally bring them to the store. I told him I was trying to save my time by getting a quote over the phone before I came and prepaid before ordering. He again said in rude manner to come to store in order to get a quote. I’ve dealt with many gun stores in Bham area and some are cleaner,nicer, cheaper than others but I can look past many things when I get good customer service. I’ve stopped going to a gun store in Trussville even though they’ve had better prices because I could never get service. I was told to check BHam pistol parlor from my father-n-law and was ready with cash in hand to order my guns but after my first impression of their customer service I will never step foot in their store.

The selection is decent, but most of the stuff has been there for years. The employees, I don’t know if I could call them friendly. But they are mostly not rude.

I just brought my first gun yesterday and they all were very friendly and straight forward..I also love my gun😍😍😍 I highly recommend
