        Called the store while passing through because I wasn’t planning on going that direction. Spoke on the phone to Gabby about a watch I was looking to get my fiancé. She promised me they had it in stock in the color I wanted. I then asked her if she could pull it for me. She then stated it was against policy but there was plenty of them in stock. I said perfect, I’m 40 minutes away. I turn around and go to Leeds to get the watch. I get there and the watch was never in stock. They have none of them in the color I wanted (Silver) and did not know when or if they were ever going to receive more. This cost me almost 2 hours of my trip and my day when I asked multiple times to make sure she put eyes on the watch. I’ve been a prior customer here but will not be returning.
