I had to get a new company because I couldn't reach them for them to complete my home warranty claim and my he warranty company could not reach them either. I called, left a voicemail, and did the online quote to no avail.

I would give them 100 stars! When some trees fell on the power lines, they also took down the transformer. Needless to say, it was a mess! I called three companies and set appointments asking them to look at the job and give me quotes to replace the outside meter boxes and lines to two houses affected. One company said they would be there at 10 am, never called, never showed up. A second company came out and looked at the job but after six attempts of calling and texting asking for a quote, I gave up. Myers Electrical, LLC was on time for the appointment and followed up with a quote that night. Since I had only one quote, I was hesitant to hire them but I'm so happy I did! When the job was completed, my invoice was $625.65 less than my quote. Alabama Power didn't require a permit and the amount of wire actually used was less than they anticipated because the wire to the inside breaker box was intact. They were professional, honest, responsive to my calls when we had to reschedule due to bad weather and I feel they performed a good job at a great price!
