Suit came back with an off black stain. Different suit had a hole in the arm. Do not use these people.

I dropped off a brand new white shirt to be laundered. Not sure what they did but the shirt came back with a pink tent to the color. They re-cleaned the shirt, but the pink tent was still in the shirt. I requested they pay me for the shirt and they said the only thing they could do was to give me a cleaning credit. So I have been using the credit and not taking any more work shirts there. I went to drop something off a couple of weeks ago and find out they are closing the store. I inquired about my credit of which I still had a balance left. After about two weeks, and me calling back, I received a call from Rick the manager. First, he was extremely rude and obnoxious. He informed me that he would not be paying me the balance of my credit because it had been over a year. I ask him, at what point was I informed that I only had a year to use the credit. He cut me off and raised his voice stating, he was not going to honor the credit. As I tried to get an understanding about him not honoring the credit, after my brand new shirt was damaged, he hung up on me. Truly unprofessional. I am definitely glad I will not have to deal with this guy in this capacity again. If they werent closing the doors they would never again see a penny of my hard earned money. There is no reason to ever treat someone so unprofessional after you have damaged their property. A one star is too high of a rating. Totally dissatisfied!
