I took my daughterâ€™s wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved back in July. They said it would take a month. Six weeks later I call to find out about it and they said it was almost ready. I have called 3 times and get the same answer. Here we are at the end of October and no dress!! I will go by there tomorrow to see why they cannot give me the dress. I chose them because they are the ones who cleaned and preserved my dress. I have a strong feeling they have lost my dress and whatâ€™s worse is the veil was also the handmade veil I wore in my wedding 25 years ago!!!
