I had childcare resources before I applied to childcare central. Childcare resources told me I no longer qualified for them but I did qualify for childcare central. I called and left a message for childcare central and someone got back to me a couple of days later. I told her my situation and Ms. Barris yelled at me over the phone about how childcare resources wouldn't know what I qualify for. she told me to put in an application and I did. I got all the required documents printed and didn't hear anything back. So I called a few weeks later to get an update and they said my application was denied because I didn't send in the necessary documents. I did send them in and had to put the documents in separate folders. They probably lost them and now they're trying to make me apply all over again. Ms. Barris is RUDE, SMART MOUTHED, AND NASTY! She needs to be replaced immediately! -10 all around!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called several times over the past month to follow up but no one returned my phone calls until I called again today! I completed an application and included important documents with my kids and I information and was told the application was never received!!! I put it through the front door of the office as recommended but it was lost ?? I am beyond upset because that is personal information no one else should have access to it. The case manager showed no concern and told me to complete another application. Why is it so difficult for a single mother to receive assistance ?

You can never get anyone to answer the phone, how can someone handle business, when you're put on hold for so long and then sent to an open ended voicemail, where you can't even leave a message. Also states they're open at 8 , called at 8:30 and it's the recording saying they're closed.

The most unorganized and unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. They all need to be fired and replaced. I have been trying to get in touch with CASEWORKER MS. BARRIS for over 3 weeks to nothing. I left voicemails and emailed her and still nothing. They have the worst attitude and I really hope they all get fired seriously.

Very unprofessional they move so slow take they time turning in your things so your kids can go to school no matter how quick you turn in your paperwork they still will let your case close.. those are some sorry women that work in that building
