The people who's running the shop while the owner is on leave due to a family loss,is not good at threading nor arching eyebrows. It seems like she left people who don't know how to do brows in charge.I know she been gone almost a year.But I can't wait til she returns. I call every week to see if she's back yet. Pam! Hurry up and get back to your shop!Your business have been going downhill since you been gone!

My first time ever getting my lashes done and I love them. Pam was super sweet and was constantly asking if I was ok. Will definitely be back.

Called earlier in the day and set an 6:00 appointment for threading and tint .When I arrived only the hairstylist was there , she said that the eyebrow girl left early because she wasnt feeling good, but knew exactly what I was there for when I arrived . With that being that case I feel like she could have called to either reschedule or cancel completely. This was a huge inconvenience for me now Im having to scramble around and try to find someone else last minute. This was my first trying this place and Im definitely not going back.
