From our first point of contact (which was met with Mr. Whitney Polson responding and evaluating my situation in less than 24 hours on a Sunday.) to the very end of this stressful, life changing, case. I was met with nothing but the upmost respect and compassion.
Which in itself is incredible and more than one can ask for. However, you now pair that with Mr. Polson's incredible knowledge of the law, his credentials, and Erica + Jennifer's attentiveness. You are provided with anything you could ask of a firm to represent you.
Case and charge dismissed.

God has given/shown me grace mercy and favor through a special lady who hired Polson to settle 2 charges (shop lifting) I committed over 20 years ago. Polson did what he said......as a result the weight has been lifted. Zander Perry.his assistant showed up for court and charges got dismissed. I'm ever greatful for God's grace(unmerited unearned undesered favor) Thank you Lord Jesus for this lady and Mr. Polson.
Top of the Line and as another lawfirm recommended Polson and said "the best in the state"

Whitney, there are over 40 inmates in the shelby county mens jail. With only 2 phones and 2 computers where Mr.Boone has been held since October 2023.
You need to go speak with him in person. This will require you to actually make an effort to earn some of the $5000 Mr.Boone has paid you. You have not made any attempt, as far as Mr.Boone can tell, to speak with him. I am writing to you here because you refuse to speak with anyone other than Mr.Boons girlfriend, witch is no longer in the picture.
I called your office last week to convey this message to you but the woman answering your calls could not hear me because she would talk over me and was very rude & condescending. She did say you said "tell him to call me or write me a letter. If you paid for a service and were treated this poorly, what would you do?
No one is asking you to go beyond your scope of capabilities, just asking you to do what you were paied to do. Or kindly return Mr Boones money.
Its seems very wrong or grossly mishandled, maybe every unlawful to treat your client as you have. The man is very close to loosing everything, and I believe you to be partly responsible.
Talk with him, not tomorrow or next week, NOW, go now Whitney, do the right thing Help this man get on with his life.
